At ITO EN, we strive to ensure the highest quality for our premium teas and beverages. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
